Biography

Phuc Q. Truong was born in Can Tho City, Vietnam. He received the B.Eng degree in electronics and telecommunication engineering and the M.Eng degree in electronics engineering from the Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education, Vietnam, in 2011 and 2014, respectively. His research interests include convex optimization techniques, heterogeneous networks, machine learning for wireless communications.
