Cuong Q. Ngo received the B.Eng degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Technology and the M.Eng degree in Electronic Engineering from HCMC University of Technology and Education in 2010 and 2012, respectively. His research interests include Biomedical Engineering, Digital Signal and Image Processing, and Machine Learning.
